At Courses come in two parts: Video footage and written content, sent via digital download that lasts 24 hours after purchase.
How should I save my course?
Back that baby up. We recommend downloading to your computer and backing the course up on a hard-drive (or two).
If for some reason you lose your content, let us know so we can get you a new link.
Can I get some extra help if I have extra questions?
We are always here to help! Send any emails to email@example.com. No question is too small.
Do you ever do in-person workshops?
Nope! We think online is a better resource so you can come back to the content again and again.
Do you sell cakes for weddings or events?
Sorry, we do not but we are happy to recommend someone for you!
Can I sample a recipe before purchasing a course?
We periodically offer tasting events. Sign up for our newsletter to be in the know about upcoming events or check out some of our amazing reviews! If you’re not sure which flavor is for you, send a DM for our recommendations.
What if I don’t like the recipe I purchased?
Unfortunately we don’t have taste-vision. While we do not offer refunds, we will do everything we can to make you a happy customer. Unfortunately, taste isn’t universal so you may not love a flavor you try — but we only sell our most tried and true recipes with hundreds of positive reviews. Maybe you missed something or maybe we can recommend a flavor modification! Let us know how we can help.
